Creating a visual identity for Britain's most affordable network
In 2016/17, I led the creative development of a unified visual identity for TalkTalk, TalkTalk Business, and TalkTalk Group. The objective was to modernize the brand’s aesthetic while reinforcing its position as the UK’s most accessible and affordable network. This was a holistic, end-to-end brand transformation. I oversaw the transition from initial concepting to final execution and creation of the brand guidelines. I then worked with the internal client teams to ensure consistency across the full roll out. The roll out was a fully integrated campaign across DRTV, print, social and digital. The result was a robust identity that balanced commercial performance with brand equity, effectively streamlining the visual communication for one of Britain’s largest telecommunications providers.

Integrated Campaign Launch: Developing a high-impact launch campaign to introduce the new look and feel to the market.
Omnichannel Delivery: Executing creative across a diverse media mix, including acquisition communications, print, digital, social, and DRTV.
Brand Governance: Producing comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure long-term consistency and scalability across the TalkTalk ecosystem.
The result was a robust, future-proof identity that balanced commercial performance with brand equity, effectively streamlining the visual communication for one of Britain’s largest telecommunications providers.
